Generate keys to call Entagl from your own systems.

API keys for custom integrations with the Entagl Public API.

Overview

API keys unlock the Public API — send messages, fetch conversations, push contacts. Each key has a name, optional scope restrictions, and a revoke-anytime switch. Great for custom integrations or internal tools.

Features

Keys list

All active keys with name, last used, and created date. Secret is shown only at creation.

Create a new key

Name the key, optionally restrict to specific endpoints, and generate.

Revoke

Disable a key immediately. Active integrations using that key will stop working.

Usage tracking

Requests per day per key — great for debugging integration issues.

Common tasks

Create an API key

About 1 min
  1. Open the sidebar → Settings → API Keys.
  2. Click New Key, give it a name, copy the value once (you can't see it again), and store it safely.

Tips

Name keys by their use: "Zapier", "Make.com", "Internal dashboard". Easy to rotate later.
Never paste API keys in chats, emails, or public repos. Rotate if you suspect exposure.
