Overview

When you create your account, Entagl opens a full-screen setup chat instead of a form-filled wizard. You simply talk: the assistant asks about your business, researches your website, fills in your business profile, services, and FAQs, creates one ready-to-use AI assistant from a proven template, and walks you through connecting channels and choosing a plan. Every change is applied automatically and confirmed with a recap card in the chat. The whole setup takes about 3 minutes, and everything can be adjusted later from the regular app pages.

A clear progress rail

A rail on the side shows the eight stages: Welcome → Research → Business profile → Services & products → Assistant setup → Review & test → Connect channels → Choose a plan.

Research from your website

Share your website link and the assistant reads it to pre-fill your business info, services, and FAQs — you just confirm and correct. No website? It asks a few questions instead.

Changes apply automatically, with recap cards

You never fill in forms or click Save. As you chat, the assistant saves each change instantly and shows a small "✓ Added service …" recap card in the conversation, so you always see exactly what was set up.

One assistant, built from a proven template

The assistant creates a single AI agent for you from a template that already works well for businesses like yours — a service variant (bookings and appointments) or a product variant (sales and orders). You can fine-tune it any time later on the Agent Builder page.

Settings, configured conversationally

Things like reply language, message timing, and topics your AI should avoid are set up through simple questions in the chat — no technical settings screens.

Before you connect any channels, you get to chat with your new assistant and see how it answers real customer questions.

Connect your channels

Near the end, the assistant offers to connect Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or TikTok right from the chat. You can also skip this and connect later from the Channels page.

Choose a plan — free to start

The last step shows the plans. Pick one, or tap Start free to begin on the free plan (100 messages a month) — no payment details needed.
