Dashboard
Your daily snapshot of conversations, leads, and AI activity across every channel.
Overview
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a one-screen view of how your business is performing: how many conversations your AI handled, how many leads came in, which channels are busiest, and how much of your monthly message quota you've used. Use the time-range switcher in the top right to compare today, this week, or this month at a glance.
Features
Top stat cards
Show totals for conversations, leads, orders, and appointments for the time range you picked. Hover any card to see what changed versus the previous period.
Activity over time
Plots how busy your agent has been, day by day or hour by hour. The shape of the curve tells you when your customers are most active so you can plan staffing and promotions.
Message quota card
Tracks how many AI messages you have left on your current plan and when it resets. A yellow or red bar means you should consider upgrading before you hit the limit.
Channel distribution
A donut chart showing what percentage of conversations came through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, the website widget, and other channels. Useful for deciding where to invest your marketing budget.
Recent conversations panel
A list of the latest customer chats with a one-line preview. Click any row to jump straight into that conversation in your Inbox.
Time-range filter
Every chart and stat on the page responds to the time-range dropdown at the top: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Billing Cycle (your current credit period, on paid plans), or All Time. The Conversions card also has its own time filter, including a Custom Range.
Appointments and orders charts
Daily counts of appointments booked and orders taken through the AI. Helps you measure how much revenue your agent is generating.
