Conversations

Open, close, assign and hand over conversations, pause the AI, and leave team comments.

Las rutas son relativas a la URL base. Cada tarjeta indica el permiso que necesita la llamada y cada parámetro, con su tipo y sus límites.

/conversations

List conversations, most recently updated first.

  • Returns a plain JSON array (offset pagination, not the list envelope).

Open or close a conversation, with an optional closing note.

    When closing: whether a new customer message reopens this conversation (true) or starts a new one (false).

Assign the conversation to a team member, or unassign it.

Stop AI replies on a conversation.
