Settings · Team
Invite teammates, choose what each one can access, and see every change to your team.
Overview
The Team tab is where you invite teammates (sales, support, managers), choose their role and what they can open, and keep track of invitations. You, the workspace owner, can do everything. Admins, and Members you give Team management, can also invite, update and remove Members. Every invitation, removal and access change is recorded in the Activity tab.
Features
Members list
Everyone on your team with their access, email, last login and last active, plus open invitations with their status (pending or expired).
Last login and last active
Each teammate shows two dates: last login is the last time they signed in, and last active is the last time they used the app. People often stay signed in for weeks, so a recent "last active" next to an older "last login" is normal. It means the seat is in use.
Invite a teammate
Send an email invitation. Your teammate opens the link, signs up or signs in with the invited email, and lands in your workspace. The language you pick is used for the email and for their account. If the email doesn't go out, you'll see a warning and can copy the link instead.
Manage invitations
Invitations are valid for 7 days. An expired invitation shows an Expired badge. Use Re-send to email it again with a fresh 7-day window, Copy link to share it yourself, or Cancel to withdraw it. An invitation can only be used once.
What your teammate sees
Before joining, your teammate sees the workspace name, who invited them, what they'll have access to and when the invitation runs out, with Accept and Decline buttons. They have to be signed in with the invited email. If they're signed in with another account, the page says so and offers to switch.
Roles: Owner, Admin, Member
Every workspace has one Owner. Admins can use every part of Entagl and invite, change and remove Members; only the Owner can add or remove Admins. Members see only the parts you tick for them. Give a Member Team management and they can invite and manage other Members, but only with access they have themselves.
Access for Members
Start from a preset (Marketing Specialist or Content Moderator), or choose Custom, name it, and tick the parts of Entagl they can open: Inbox, Contacts, Analytics, Agent configuration, Billing and more. Whatever you leave unticked stays hidden from them. You can change it any time from their row in the members list.
Remove a teammate
Before anything happens you see what they still own here: assigned contacts, open review escalations and open reminders. Pick who takes over their contacts and escalations, or leave them unassigned. Their open reminders stay with anyone else on them; the rest go to the workspace owner. They then lose access straight away, on every device, and their conversations stay in your workspace.
Leave a team
Teammates can leave on their own from Settings → Account → Leave team. Their access ends at once, their contacts become unassigned, and the owner can re-invite them later. The owner can't leave their own workspace.
Team activity log
The Activity tab shows who invited, re-sent, cancelled, accepted, declined or removed someone, and who changed whose access, with the time. Nobody can edit or delete these entries, including you.
Common tasks
Invite a teammate
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Settings → Team members.
- Click Invite Member, enter their email and language, then choose Admin or Member. For a Member, pick a preset or tick their access. Then send.

Re-send an expired invitation
About 1 min- Open Settings → Team members and find the invitation under open invitations.
- Click Re-send to email it again and restart the 7-day window, or Copy link to share it yourself.
Accept an invitation (for invitees)
About 2 min- Open the invitation link from the email. If you don't have an Entagl account yet, sign up with the same email the invitation was sent to.
- Check the workspace, who invited you and the access you'll get.
- Click Accept to join, or Decline if you don't want to join. Declining lets the workspace owner know through the team activity log.
