Overview
Set your default currency, low-stock threshold, whether the AI should stop confirming orders when stock runs out, and whether to auto-deduct stock when an order is placed.
Features
Default currency
Sets the currency symbol everywhere prices are shown.
Default low-stock threshold
New items inherit this value unless you override per item.
Auto-deduct on order
When ON, placing an order reduces stock automatically.
Block AI on sold-out items
When ON, the AI won't confirm orders for items at zero stock.
Common tasks
Configure inventory defaults
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Work → Inventory → Settings.
- Set default item types, size units, and reminder thresholds. Changes save automatically.
Tips
Turning OFF auto-deduct means you must adjust stock manually after every sale.
