Orders

Every order your AI has taken from customers across all channels.

Every order your AI has confirmed, with status, items, and the linked conversation.

Overview

The Orders page is your order book. Every time the AI confirms a sale — a pizza, a booking deposit, a Shopify purchase, anything — it shows up here with the products, quantities, customer, total, and status. Filter by status, edit an order, mark it as fulfilled or shipped, and see the exact conversation that led to the sale.

Features

Orders table

Shows every order with date, customer, items, total, and status. Click any row to open it.

Status filter

Switch between Pending, Confirmed, Fulfilled, Cancelled, and Refunded to focus on what needs attention.

Create an order manually

Use "New order" at the top right to add a sale that came in by phone or in person.

Edit an order

Open any order to change items, quantities, discounts, notes, or status.

Linked conversation

Every AI-generated order links back to the chat where it was confirmed, so you have full context for disputes or refunds.

Export orders

Download a CSV of orders for your accountant or to reconcile with Shopify / Stripe.

Order notes

Special instructions, sizes, colours, delivery requests — whatever the customer told your AI shows up here, marked as an AI note. Your team can add their own notes alongside, and they all appear on the customer's profile too.

Common tasks

Open and update an order

About 1 min
  1. Open the sidebar → Work → Orders.
  2. Click an order to open it; use the status dropdown to mark it Paid, Shipped, or Cancelled.

Tips

Set up order-status automations so customers get updates without you lifting a finger.
Shopify orders sync into Entagl automatically if you've connected Shopify.
