Reputation

Answer every Google review in your own voice, with the risky ones held back for you.

Overview

Reputation connects your Google Business Profile and writes a reply to each new review. Praise is answered for you within minutes; anything lukewarm or angry is held back for a person. You choose where that line sits.

Two things are worth knowing before you switch it on. Nothing is ever posted to your public listing until you have given permission in writing on the Rules tab, and one- and two-star reviews are never auto-answered on any setting we offer. Replies are written in the same language the reviewer used, kept short enough for Google, and follow a set of publishing rules you can read in full but cannot switch off. Free includes 10 Reputation credits each month, with the same standard review tools as Pro. Activate it in Billing, connect Google, and choose your reply rules. Automatic replies still require your explicit consent.

Your Google connection.

Connection status

Shows whether your Google Business Profile is connected and which locations are switched on. If Google ever needs you to sign in again, this is where it says so.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting stops all reading and posting straight away, and the review text Google gave us is deleted at once rather than waiting for the usual 30 days. Your own replies, your ratings history and your billing records stay.

Features

Plans

Free includes 10 monthly credits. Pro packages offer 100 for $59, 250 for $149, 600 for $349, 1,000 for $579 or 2,000 for $1,149 monthly. Free and Pro share standard features. Credits pay for successful draft generation; actual usage varies. Optional extra usage costs the package unit rate plus 20%, within your spending limit.

Why one reply can cost more than another

You are charged what a reply actually costs to write, not a flat fee. A one- or two-star review uses a stronger, more careful AI model, so it costs about 0.95 credits against roughly 0.15 for a happy one. You can see every reply itemised on your usage page.

Review text disappears after 30 days

Google's rules only let us hold on to review wording, reviewer names and reviewer photos for 30 days, so we clear them after that. The star rating, the dates and the reply you published all stay, and so does your history. The original review is always on your Google listing.

Google has the final say

Google can reject or remove replies. We show its reason and ask you to revise the wording. Successful AI drafting remains charged; publishing failures do not refund that work.

Common tasks

Let Entagl post replies for you

About 3 min
  1. Open Reputation and go to the Rules tab.
  2. Choose a setting. "Recommended" is the usual starting point: four- and five-star reviews are posted for you, everything else waits.
  3. Read the permission panel. It lists exactly what will be posted on your behalf under the rules you just picked.
  4. Type your name to sign it. Nothing is posted automatically until this is done.
  5. Save. New reviews from now on follow your rules; you can withdraw the permission at any time.

Make replies sound like you

About 4 min
  1. Open Reputation and go to the Agent tab.
  2. Click Edit instructions.
  3. Describe your voice in a sentence or two and add a sign-off if you want one. Keep it under 4,000 characters, and watch the cost per reply as you write.
  4. Save. Replies written from now on follow it. To undo everything, use "Go back to the built-in instructions".

Answer a one-star review

About 3 min
  1. Open the Reviews tab. Low ratings sit under "Waiting for your personal reply".
  2. Write the reply yourself. These are deliberately left blank, because a short honest answer from the owner reads better than anything written for you.
  3. Post it. Consider offering to continue the conversation privately rather than settling it in public.

Tips

Reply speed matters more than wording. A same-day answer to a five-star review is worth more than a perfect one a fortnight later.
Start on "Recommended" for a couple of weeks and read what gets posted. Move to "Mostly hands-off" once you trust it.
Instructions are re-sent with every reply, so a long set makes every reply cost more. Keep them to a few lines.
Do not write instructions that contradict the publishing rules. Those rules are added after your text and win.
Tone for a particular star rating belongs in Rules, not in your instructions — you can add a note per rating there.
