Overview
Comments Agent writes AI replies. Comments Automation sends your saved keyword replies. Each has its own Free or Pro plan and credit balance. Both support Instagram, Facebook and eligible TikTok events. Neither requires a paid Receptionist plan or spends Receptionist credits.

TikTok sends eligible high-intent comment events, not every comment on every video. Keyword rules post public replies only. AI uses a public reply or the existing eligible-account private-reply mode. Connection alone does not guarantee delivery.
Features
Comments Agent plans
Free includes 25 credits each month. Monthly Pro packages: 500 credits for $75, 1,500 for $225, or 5,000 for $750. Optional extra usage costs $0.18 per credit. Existing agreements keep their saved terms.
AI credits and reply estimates
Credits depend on the model and the work each reply needs. A short-reply example gives about 250 replies on Free, or 5,000 / 15,000 / 50,000 on the three Pro packages. These are estimates, not guaranteed reply counts.
Drafts, previews and sending
An AI draft returned to you uses Agent credits. A Comments trial from the main Test Agent control and paid verification use the same pool. Maya’s existing diagnostic test has no customer debit. Writing a reply yourself, viewing a page, typing instructions or sending an existing draft adds no AI generation charge. Maya chat has its own billing.
Ask Maya
Ask Maya to list your Comments pipelines, then name the pipeline or connected account to change. She can propose instruction, model, routing and version changes, review keyword rules or inspect saved activity. Review her proposal before approval. Tests do not post replies. Private balances and upgrade links need billing access; old traces may be missing or locked.
Check a missing reply
Check the connected account, reconnect warnings and provider permissions. For AI, also check the account comments switch, AI hours, Stop AI, workspace suspension, thread pauses, moderation and Agent credits. Keyword rules have their own access, credits, channel selection, expiry and repeat limits.
Upgrades, renewal and cancellation
Open Settings → Billing & Usage → Products, or ask Maya for the secure plan link. Annual billing saves 10%, paid upfront; credits refill monthly. Upgrades apply after the prorated payment succeeds. Downgrades and interval changes start at renewal. Cancellation returns the product to Free after paid access ends. Extra usage starts off.
Common tasks
Set up comment replies
About 3 min- In Settings → Billing & Usage → Products, choose Free or Pro separately for Comments Agent and Comments Automation. Free needs no card. Review paid terms before paying.
- In Channels, connect Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. For AI replies, turn on AI for Comments for the chosen account. This does not turn on DM replies. Keyword rules do not need the AI comments switch.
- Open Comments → Agent, choose View Instructions and save your edits. Review Model and reasoning in the same panel. For a trial, open the main Test Agent control and choose Comments, then select the pipeline or account. The trial uses Comments Agent credits and posts nothing. Return to the Comments channel tab to review real replies.
Create a keyword rule
About 4 min- Open Comments → Automations → New Automation. Add keywords, choose the match mode, then choose the connected channels.
- Choose public reply, private reply or both. TikTok supports public keyword replies only. Write your saved text. For a DM, choose Same as comment or Custom preset and decide whether to pause AI afterward.
- Set the delay, repeat limit, name, Enabled switch and optional expiry. Save, then drag the rule to its place in the list. Ask Maya to preview keyword matching without posting.
Review an AI draft
About 1 min- Open a comment thread and choose Generate AI reply from the reply menu. The returned draft appears in the text box. It has not been sent, and AI generation uses Agent credits.
- Read and edit the draft, then choose Send when ready. Sending this draft does not charge AI generation again. You can type and send your own reply instead.
