AI Manager

Your in-app AI assistant — ask it to analyze data, update settings, or improve your agent, without leaving Entagl.

AI Manager opens as a floating panel from any page — ask, and it proposes changes for you to approve.

Overview

AI Manager is a floating AI assistant you can open from anywhere in Entagl. Ask it questions about your business ("How many leads came in from WhatsApp last week?"), have it make changes for you ("Update our Sunday hours to closed"), or ask it to improve your AI agent based on real conversations. Every change it wants to make is first shown to you as a proposal — you review and approve before anything is applied. Think of it as having a senior teammate who knows your whole workspace and can take action on your behalf, with you always in the loop.

Features

Ask questions about your workspace

Ask about conversations, leads, orders, bookings, products, services, channels, team members, analytics, ad performance — anything in your workspace. AI Manager reads the live data and answers in plain language.

Make changes by asking

Tell AI Manager what you want: "Add 'vegan options' to the FAQ", "Increase our lunch special price to $18", "Close the shop on Dec 25th". It drafts the change, shows you the before/after, and only applies it when you approve.

Improve your agent with one click

On the Feedback tab, click "Resolve with AI" on any flagged reply. AI Manager analyzes what went wrong, traces how the agent made its decision, and proposes specific fixes (tweaked guideline, new FAQ, prompt change).

Proposal review flow

Every change shows up as a proposal card with the before/after preview, the domain affected (e.g., "Agent Config → Guidelines"), and a risk badge. You approve or reject. Rejected proposals vanish; approved ones apply atomically.

Built-in QA safety check

Before showing you a proposal, AI Manager runs an internal QA step that rates each change as low, medium, or high risk and flags warnings. You see the rating on the proposal card so you know what to pay extra attention to.

Multi-step task plans

For bigger asks ("Prep my business for the weekend sale"), AI Manager breaks the work into steps, shows the plan, and checks each off as it completes. You can pause or edit the plan mid-run.

Clarifying questions

If AI Manager needs more info ("Which of your three WhatsApp numbers?"), it asks a quick question and waits for your answer before proceeding. No guessing.

Analytics on demand

Ask "What was my lead conversion rate this month?" or "Which ad campaign brought the most bookings?" and get the answer inline — no need to open Analytics.

Channel-aware

AI Manager knows which channels you have connected (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger, email, Shopify, widget) and can check their status or walk you through reconnecting one that dropped.

Voice conversation (beta)

Press the microphone icon to talk to AI Manager out loud. It talks back. Useful when your hands are busy.

Conversation history

Every AI Manager conversation is saved. Re-open an old one to follow up or revisit a proposal you didn't approve.

Pending proposal badge

The floating button shows a red count when AI Manager has proposals waiting for your review — so you never forget pending changes.

Common tasks

Open the AI Manager

About 1 min
  1. Click the AI Manager button (top-right of the dashboard) or open /dashboard?assistant=full directly.
  2. Type a question or instruction — the assistant can read your config, suggest changes, or apply them with your approval.

Tips

Be specific. "Increase pepperoni pizza price to $14" works better than "update some prices".
AI Manager never changes anything without your approval. You are always in the loop.
High-risk proposals (marked in red/orange) deserve a careful look — they affect things like agent guidelines or business hours that customers see.
After a week of using Resolve with AI, expect fewer flagged messages. It actually learns your business.
