This setting limits how many messages the AI can send per turn. Single message keeps replies concise and formal. Up to 2 or Up to 3 feels more natural on WhatsApp and Instagram, where people expect replies to arrive in a conversational drip rather than a single paragraph.

The AI sends exactly one message per turn. Best for formal channels and concise replies.
Up to 2 messages
The AI decides between 1 and 2 messages based on context. Good balance between brevity and natural chat feel.
Up to 3 messages
The AI can send 1, 2, or 3 messages per turn. Most natural flow for WhatsApp and Instagram DMs.

Pick how many messages the AI sends per turn
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Configuration → Agent Configuration → General.
- Scroll to Response Message Count and pick Single message, Up to 2 messages, or Up to 3 messages. The selection saves automatically.
Tips
Up to 2 or 3 feels more natural on WhatsApp and Instagram. Single message is better for email or web chat where customers expect one block reply.
More messages = more usage counted against your message quota. If volume matters, keep it at Single.
