Upload a file resource
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Configuration → Agent Configuration → File Resources.
- Drag a file into the upload zone, give it a short description, and Save. The agent can then send the file when relevant.
Tips
Keep file descriptions specific. Vague descriptions mean the AI sends files at random.
WhatsApp has file-size limits per channel — check your carrier rules.
