Business Manager (Maya)
Your assistant for running the business: ask her anything, have her make changes, and get a short briefing every morning.
Overview
The Business Manager, called Maya, sits in the panel on the right side of the app, and in the AI tab of the phone app. Ask her how your conversations went, what is waiting for you or how many credits you have left, or tell her what to change. Before she changes your setup, she shows you the change so you can approve it. Click the gear icon at the top of her panel to open Settings, where you decide what she remembers, when she sends your daily briefing and urgent alerts, and whether she can reach you on WhatsApp.
Features
Memory
Maya remembers the lasting things you tell her: your preferences, your decisions, ideas you turned down and facts about the business, so you don't have to repeat yourself. Memory is on by default. Turn off "Learn from my chats" if you only want her to remember what you ask her to. Open "What I remember" to read, change or forget anything, and to approve memories marked "Waiting for your OK". A memory only helps Maya work with you. It never changes what your AI tells customers.
Daily briefing
Once a day, at the time you pick, Maya posts a short briefing in a chat called "Daily briefing". It lists up to 5 things that need you, for example a disconnected channel, AI errors, customers waiting for a reply or for a person, AI replies marked as bad, credits running low, or a question customers keep asking that has no saved answer. Each item has one button to deal with it. On a quiet day you get a short all-clear and no notification. Only the owner and admins can turn the briefing on.
Urgent alerts
Maya interrupts you only for two things: your AI keeps failing (3 or more errors within 30 minutes), or your credits will run out within a day at the current pace. You get at most 3 urgent alerts a day.
App notification and quiet hours
Leave "App notification" on to get a notification on your phone, from the Entagl app, when your briefing is ready. Quiet hours stop Maya's phone and WhatsApp messages during the hours you choose. Anything that comes in during those hours waits until they end, and you can still read it in the app at any time.
Maya on WhatsApp
Connect your WhatsApp under "Chat with Maya on WhatsApp" to text Maya or send her voice notes from your phone, in the same chats you have in the app. When "Send to my WhatsApp" shows under Daily briefing & alerts, Maya also sends your briefing, urgent alerts and finished checks there. If you haven't written to her in the last 24 hours, WhatsApp only lets her send a short message first. Tap "Show me" on it and the full message follows.
Things I'm keeping an eye on
Ask Maya to watch something for you, for example "check my unanswered chats every day this week" or "remind me on Friday at 10 to review prices". She posts the result in the same chat and sends you a notification. You can see and cancel these under "Things I'm keeping an eye on". Each one runs at most 14 times and ends within 30 days.
