Ads Co-Pilot
Connect your Meta ad account and let Entagl watch it around the clock — adjusting budgets inside limits you set, and asking before it does anything bigger.
Overview
Ads Co-Pilot looks after your Facebook and Instagram ads so you don't have to check them every day. Once you connect your Meta ad account and set a daily spending limit, it watches performance continuously: moving budget toward what is working, pausing what is not, and flagging ads that have gone stale. You stay in charge. It can only act freely inside the limits you set — anything bigger, like launching a new campaign or going over your cap, waits for your approval first. Everything it does is written down in an activity log you can read at any time. Free includes 250 Ads credits each month. Free and Pro support unlimited connected Meta ad accounts sharing one Ads allowance. AI analysis pauses when available credits run out; spend-protection checks continue. Meta advertising spend is paid separately. Activate the product in Billing, then connect accounts and choose your operating settings.
Tabs on this page
A summary of your ad account: campaigns that need you, the latest Ads Co-Pilot analysis and recent runs. Connecting accounts, Autopilot and the spending limit live on the Meta Ads page under Channels.
Connected ad account
Links your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account so Ads Co-Pilot can read performance and make changes. You can switch to a different ad account at any time, and it will start watching the new one instead.
Autopilot
The main switch. With Autopilot on, Ads Co-Pilot can create, scale and pause campaigns on its own — but only inside the limits you set. With it off, it keeps watching and reporting, and every change waits for you.
Account daily budget cap
The most money that can be spent per day across all your active campaigns combined. This is a hard wall: no automatic change is ever allowed to cross it. If a change would push spending above the cap, it becomes a proposal for you to approve instead.
Activity log
A plain list of what happened and when — campaigns created, budgets raised or lowered, ads paused or resumed, and anything that failed. This is where you look when you want to know why something changed.
Common tasks
New form
About 5 min- In Campaigns, choose New campaign and Draft with AI, select Leads and Instant Form. For a manual draft, open the audience editor and choose Instant Form as its destination.
- Choose an active form or open New form. Set its name, language, introduction, contact fields, custom questions, HTTPS privacy-policy link, thank-you message and website after submission.
- Add optional WhatsApp and AI-call consent separately. Entagl forms use the checkbox keys whatsapp_consent and call_consent; use those same keys in the Page’s automatic first-contact settings. A form without a phone number may not support phone follow-up.
- Save the local draft and review every question and consent choice before Create on Meta. Meta creation needs owner confirmation, Optimization access and the required Meta permissions. Keep the saved draft link if you leave before creating it.
- Select the created form for the audience and save the campaign. Turn on Instant Form leads under Channels → Facebook to receive submissions. Review the campaign, create it paused or launch it, and use View in Meta to check its status.
Create and launch a campaign
About 10 min- Open Ads Co-Pilot, go to Campaigns and choose New campaign.
- Pick Create manually or Draft with AI, then review the audiences and ads.
- Choose Create paused campaign. Entagl creates it on Meta, paused.
- When you are ready, the workspace owner chooses Launch live and confirms.
Connect your Meta ad account
About 3 min- Go to Channels and open the Meta Ads channel.
- Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your ads, then choose the ad account you want Entagl to watch.
- Open Ads Co-Pilot — your connected account now appears on the Overview screen.
Set your daily spending limit
About 2 min- In Channels, open the Meta Ads channel and find the Ads Co-Pilot settings.
- Enter your account daily budget cap — the most that can be spent per day across all active campaigns combined.
- Save. From now on no automatic change can push spending above that number; anything bigger becomes a proposal.
Review and approve a proposal
About 2 min- Open Ads Co-Pilot and go to Activity.
- Read what the proposal will do and why it is being suggested.
- Approve to apply it to your live ad account, or leave it alone to decline.
