Enterprise

Start with the workflow your team needs to improve.

A growing email backlog. Questions left unanswered on your website. Staff moving information between internal systems. Define one useful job for AI, agree the controls and measure the result before expanding.

Custom credit allowance

Credits, hosting, integrations and services are quoted for your deployment.

Discuss your deployment

Start with a real situation

Which part of the work should change?

Pick one workflow, agree the boundaries and compare the result with how the work is handled today.

01

Email support: make room for the cases that need judgment

A routine request arrives in your support mailbox while staff handle a complex case. Configure what the AI may answer, when it should prepare a draft and which requests need a person. Keep work outside that scope out of the automation.

What to agree
Mailbox forwarding, sending configuration, approved knowledge, eligible requests and the staff review process.
Pilot measures
First-response time, resolution time, backlog, repeat contact and satisfaction. Agree how a resolved case is counted.
02

Website chat: help while the visitor is still there

A visitor reaches a page but cannot find the answer they need. Give them a way to ask, collect the details that help and make the next action clear. Bring staff into the supported workflow when judgment is needed.

What to agree
Widget placement, business knowledge, collection fields and escalation. Staff availability must be planned separately.
Pilot measures
Resolved requests, abandonment, qualified enquiries and satisfaction.
03

WhatsApp: continue the conversation with context

A customer returns with another question. Your team can review the relevant messages and connected customer details before responding. Define what the AI may handle and what belongs with staff.

What to agree
Account connection, platform rules, messaging permissions, available identity information and handover responsibilities.
Pilot measures
Response time, completed requests, repeat contact, handover and satisfaction.
04

API and internal systems: start inside an existing application

An employee starts a request in the application they already use. A configured integration passes the conversation to Entagl and receives a response. If another system must change, agree the action, its permitted inputs and the result it must return.

What to agree
The source system, authentication, allowed reads and writes, any required human approval, timeouts, retries and exception ownership. Custom connections require engineering and testing.
Pilot measures
Processing time, manual steps, completion, rework and staff effort. These may need measurement in your existing systems.

These are goals to agree during a pilot, not promised improvements. Some measures require data from your service desk, CRM or internal analytics rather than Entagl alone.

01

Start small enough to learn something useful.

  1. 01

Choose one workflow and the requests eligible for it.

  2. 02

Record a baseline and agree success measures, including response quality.

  3. 03

Define permitted information, actions, staff roles and integration work.

  4. 04

Test ordinary requests, unclear requests, failed actions and handover.

  5. 05

Review the evidence together. Expand, change or stop based on the result.

03

API access and hosting are different decisions.

An API connects applications. It does not by itself provide on-premise hosting, private model hosting, dedicated infrastructure or unrestricted system access. Standard API access is available under the current Free and Pro terms. Enterprise adds a scoped implementation and operating arrangement.

The same capable products. A deployment tailored to you.

Free and Pro include the standard software capabilities. Enterprise adds a scoped implementation and operating arrangement, with separate allowances for each product.

01

Your company sign-in

Connect your identity provider and define who can access each workspace. SSO configuration and rollout are agreed during discovery.

02

Your data requirements

Scope where AI processing, stored data, logs and backups live, and who can administer them. Sovereign requirements are assessed across the full deployment.

03

Your existing systems

A team member opens a request in an internal application and wants the same conversation to continue without copying details between tools. Plan integrations with your internal applications, APIs and business processes. Standard API access is also available on Free and Pro.

04

Your security controls

Agree encryption, key management, access controls and retention for the deployment. AI processing requires authorized access to message content; the standard platform is not a zero-access messaging service.

05

Your deployment

Choose a hosting and operating arrangement with Entagl Integration Agency. Infrastructure, implementation and ongoing services are quoted for the agreed scope.

06

A clear path to go-live

Start with one workflow, define the scope, configure the integration, test the agreed cases, then review how to operate it. Responsibilities and support terms are agreed before work begins.

Your questions, answered

Can you connect our internal systems?

Start with the system, the use case and its available interface. We scope supported or custom connections, access and tests. There is no universal compatibility promise.

Can we keep people involved?

Define which work the AI handles, which actions require a person and how exceptions are reviewed. The integration must enforce the agreed behavior; do not assume every custom action includes a built-in approval screen.

Will Entagl report all our KPIs?

Available reporting varies. A pilot may need measurements from your service desk, CRM or internal analytics. Agree each data source before the pilot starts.

Enterprise

Bring one workflow. Leave with a clearer scope.

Bring a few redacted examples, the systems involved and the result you want to improve. Use agreed secure channels for sensitive information.
