Before you connect
What is the Entagl MCP?
It's a secure connection between Entagl and your own Claude (using the open Model Context Protocol). Once connected, you can manage your Entagl workspace by chatting with Claude — the same AI Manager you have inside Entagl, now wherever you work.
Is it safe to let Claude change my workspace?
Yes. Changes go live right away — you asked Claude to make them, so there's no extra approval step. When you change how your AI talks to customers, Entagl runs a quick safety check first and only applies it if it passes. Every change is recorded, so you can always ask Claude to change it back.
How much does it cost?
It's included free on every Entagl plan, and takes about a minute to connect.
Can it read my customers' conversations?
No. The connection is for managing your setup — how your AI answers, plus your FAQs, services, products, offers, business info, hours and knowledge. Private customer conversations stay inside Entagl.
Which AI apps does it work with?
Claude today — both the claude.ai connectors and Claude Code. You add it as a custom connector and sign in with your Entagl account.
