Before you connect anything
Do I have to use all of them?
No. Most businesses start with one channel — usually WhatsApp or Instagram — and add more once they trust it. You can turn the AI off on one channel and leave it on everywhere else.
Does everything land in one place?
Yes. Every channel feeds one inbox, and a customer who writes on Instagram today and WhatsApp tomorrow is the same contact with one history.
What if the tool I use is not listed?
Give the AI a custom ability pointed at your own web address, or at a Make.com or Zapier webhook. If the tool can be reached over the internet, the AI can use it.
Can the AI write to my Trendyol buyers?
No, and nobody else can either. Trendyol has no private inbox and hides buyer contact details from sellers. What Entagl does is answer the public questions on your listings, after you approve each one.
