Reputation Manager
Someone left a review. Give the reply the attention it needs.
Manage replies to Google reviews on the business locations you connect. Choose which ratings can receive automatic replies and which drafts need your review.
The problem
Someone left a review. The reply needs the right attention.
A customer leaves a review on Google, and the reply needs the right level of attention. Some ratings can be handled automatically, while lower ratings may need a considered draft for your team before anything is published.
Thank people in your own voice
Set the tone and guidance for review replies. Check examples before choosing automatic publication for a rating.
Give difficult feedback a proper review
A lower rating can need a considered response. Use the configured rules to keep the draft for staff and review what should be said publicly.

Questions
Before you connect your profile
Will it post replies without asking me?
You choose the publishing rules for each rating. Where automatic publication is enabled, those replies can post without a separate review; drafts that need approval wait for your team. Check the active policy for each location.
What exactly can Entagl see and change on my Google profile?
Entagl reads the connected business locations, reviews, and ratings needed for review management. It writes supported owner replies under the rules and approval choices you set. It does not change your business name, address, hours, photos, or services through this product.
Can it delete a bad review?
No. It manages the business’s reply, not the customer’s review or rating. If a review breaks Google’s policies, you can report it through Google’s process, and Google decides whether to remove it.
I run a clinic. Is it safe to reply publicly?
Public replies need care in healthcare settings. A reply should never confirm that someone was your patient or mention treatment details. The configured rules help staff review what should be said publicly.
What if Google rejects a reply?
Google may accept a reply and then not show it. You can check the reply’s status in the workspace and use the configured publishing rules to decide what should be reviewed or republished.
Do I need more than one location?
No. One location works fine. If you have several, you can connect them and set different rules for each branch.
