Comments Automation
They asked for the details. Send the response you prepared.
Configure supported comment triggers and prepared responses for a campaign. Keep the wording and the next step clear before the first comment arrives.
The problem
The same question, under every post.
A campaign post invites people to comment a keyword, but the team still has to answer the same question again and again. Some replies are late, some are missed, and the post loses momentum.
A word triggers a reply
Pick the words that matter, like “price”, “how much” or “link”, and write the reply once. When someone comments with one of them, the prepared response is ready to send.
Public reply, private message, or both
Answer under the post so others can see it, send the detail by DM, or do both when the supported action allows it. You can keep the wording different for each route if needed.
Check the rule before you publish
Test the trigger, connected account, and supported reply or messaging action before the campaign goes live. Use expiry and dedupe settings where they fit the rule.
One front desk
A comment can start the next step.

Questions
Before your first rule
How is this different from the Comments Agent?
Comments Automation uses a rule you set. If a comment matches the keyword or trigger you chose, it sends the prepared reply or supported message action you configured. Comments Agent is the AI product for comments that need broader interpretation.
Can I avoid replying to the same person too often?
You can set dedupe and expiry rules so the same person is not answered repeatedly within the limits you configure. Exact behavior depends on the rule setup and channel permissions.
Which channels and actions are supported?
Supported channels and actions depend on the current product setup and platform permissions. Check the route and action options before you publish a campaign.
What happens if two rules match the same comment?
You can order rules so the first matching rule applies. That helps you keep a specific campaign rule ahead of a broader one when both could match.
